Kind heart

Anger, judgment, and sadness are all fertile places for regretful aftermath. In conflictual situations, it is often very difficult to sit back and become an observer. So as we slip into an increasingly mindful attitude, in this session, we learn together how to skilfully reflect on past situations. With practice, this sincere and analytical approach to conflict translates into the better management of anxious events. A practice I enjoy coming back to, with an open mind and full heart.
