About me
Well, it’s pretty simple: I’ve always been fascinated by the human body—how it moves, how it heals, and everything in between. Originally from France, I started my academic journey studying foreign languages, but my curiosity led me far beyond the classroom. Over the past ten years, I’ve traveled the world, exploring different cultures, movement practices, and ways of living more holistically.
Today, that journey has evolved into a passion-driven career where I blend yoga, exercise science, and Chinese medicine. From being a lifeguard to a dedicated yogi, from rigorous scientific studies to holistic traditions, finding ways to blend and balance fields has become a passion. In my practice, I highly value the individual needs of each client and patient, and always approach their goals with an integrative lens. As a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and now doctoral student in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, I feel the immensity of offerings these fields offer. What a blessing to always learn, and always share.
When I’m not immersed in my studies, you’ll likely find me surfing, climbing, biking, cooking, or sailing somewhere off the beaten path. I believe that movement is medicine, that healing is multidimensional, and that the best results come with body, mind, and spirit.
