Envisioned after a serene retreat in the Oregonian mountains, Auri Tea is an invitation to pause, learn, and connect. A 3-months tea experience for curious health and tea drinkers who want to explore what is in their cup, and fill it too.

The Offering

Each month, 3 thoughtfully selected tea samples arrive at your door, chosen for their distinctive flavors, traditions, and unique properties.
Alongside your teas, you'll receive a hand-painted card with steeping instructions and a closer look at each tea—from character to history.
Then, once a month, we gather on Zoom for an intimate conversation around tea and health.

Finding research-backed answers about health & wellness on the web can be a gruesome task. Whatever it is you are curious about, let the doctoral student do the digging. I want you to feel knowledge-empowered, one cup of tea at a time.

Before each gathering, you'll be invited to choose from three research topics—or submit a topic of your own. I'll dive into the peer-reviewed literature and bring what I've found back to our group in a short, accessible presentation, followed by conversation and questions.

  • Because Auri Tea packages contain teas, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you have an issue with your shipment, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

  • When will I get my order?

    I do my best to carefully prepare and ship each Auri Tea order as quickly as possible. Once your package is on its way, delivery times depend on the postal service and can vary. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships so you can follow its journey.

  • Auri Tea doesn’t currently offer gift cards, but you’re welcome to purchase multiple Auri Tea experiences as gifts for friends, family, or anyone who loves tea and curiosity. Just share their emails and mailing addresses with me so I can send them their teas :)
